WHO ANNOUNCES MODEL ESSENTIAL MEDICINES LISTS FOR 2017

World Health Organization (WHO) has announced a model essential medicines lists (EML) in a new advice on which antibiotics to use for common infections and which to preserve for the most serious circumstances. It said in a news release that other additions include medicines for HIV, hepatitis C, tuberculosis and leukaemia.
