Act 575 that designates and mandates TMPC as the statutory regulatory agency for TAM, explicitly mandated TMPC to promote, control and regulate TAM practice in Ghana.
Other documents that the affirms and strengthens TMPC’s mandate over TAM vocation in Ghana are the Ministerial Directive and Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice on TAM and Guidelines for Traditional Healthcare Practice in Ghana.
